Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
Sectona is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving deal bookings, managing sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with sales organization to drive deal bookings and manage sales processes.
• Assist field sales teams in managing and preparing responses to proposals for customers across the globe.
• Run data analytics and partner with sales leaders to assess the total addressable commercial market, product need to buy, and optimize territory coverage.
• Manage account operations in Salesforce on an ongoing basis.
• Facilitate tracking of documentation required for proposal as per internal compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with impacted parties to generate acceptable documents to facilitate response to proposal and deal closure.
• Responsible for adherence to and compliance with policy and procedures related to revenue management.
• Excellent customer service, taking charge to meet deadlines by communicating with cross-functional partners through email, phone, meetings, or any other method to deliver on-time.
Requirements:
• Any Bachelor's degree (B. Com / BBA) is preferred.
• 1-2 years of work experience, ideal in sales support or operations.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM, data analytics, and planning tools with hands-on experience in business analysis, data analytics, and statistical modeling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office tool (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Salesforce experience and/or certification is good to have.
