Job Title: Global Sales Enablement Expert
We are seeking an experienced Global Sales Enablement Expert to join our team at XHire. As a Global Sales Enablement Expert, you will be responsible for identifying pain areas in successfully closing new logos and plugging those gaps through training, coaching, and enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the APAC team (Sales, BD, and Partnerships) to identify and address skills gaps
  • Partner with internal teams to conduct training on new products, product positioning, sales methodology, and objection handling
  • Manage, conduct, and develop Onboarding, Reboarding, Cross-boarding, and Refresh programs for GTM employees
  • Packaging information into sales plays, knowledge retention courses, and micro-learning modules
  • Identify innovative ways to overcome common buyer objections and train the sales team through role-play sessions
  • Analyze current skills, processes, knowledge, and work with sales & BD leadership to identify strengths and areas for development
  • Measure the success of enablement programs through sales effectiveness and other metrics

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales experience supporting international sales (ANZ, SEA, India)
  • Experience in selling to Large Enterprises/F500 & F100 companies preferred
  • A self-starter with a bias for action, able to make things happen independently in a fast-paced environment
