XHire is a rapidly growing organization seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with our APAC team to identify areas for improvement in successfully closing new logos and develop strategies to plug those gaps.
  • Partner with internal teams to design and deliver training programs on new products, product positioning, sales methodology, and objection handling.
  • Develop and manage our Onboarding, Reboarding, Cross boarding, and Refresh program for new and existing employees.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales supporting international sales (ANZ, SEA, India).
  • Proven experience in selling to Large Enterprises/F500 & F100 companies.
  • A self-starter with a strong bias for action.

**What We Offer:**

  • An estimated salary of $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
