About the Role

As an Expert Network Relationship Manager on our Client Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have access to top-notch expertise. You will be a key point of contact, understanding their specific needs and identifying the perfect experts from our network or sourcing new experts using various tools. This opportunity is ideal for gaining valuable experience in the consulting industry, developing strong business acumen, and honing your communication and relationship-building skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will consult with Project Managers and Clients to comprehend project requirements and challenges.
  • Utilize your research skills to identify highly qualified experts through LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and other sources.
  • Evaluate expert profiles, screen candidates, and create compelling presentations showcasing their expertise to clients.
  • Foster relationships with both clients and consultants, building trust and ensuring a seamless collaboration process.
  • Contribute to the growth of our expert network by identifying and inviting new experts to join our platform.
  • Support the Client Services team with administrative tasks and project management activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months of experience in recruitment or an early-career professional with previous experience from an expert network.
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. Please note that we do not discuss salaries during the initial stages of the hiring process.
