**Job Description**

As a Presales Professional at Datamatics, you will be responsible for supporting sales teams to acquire new customers in North America and European markets. You will conduct pre-sales product demonstrations, develop technical and commercial proposals, and manage bids to ensure high-quality proposals. Additionally, you will engage in RFI/RFP procurement processes and lead Proof of Concept (POC) developments.

Requirements

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in presales roles.
  • Proven track record in the BPO industry, specifically in Customer Management Solution and Contact Centre Solution segments.
  • Familiarity with North America and European markets is crucial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to engage clients at an executive level and understand their requirements.
