About the Job

We are seeking a Strategic Sales Leader to join our team at FatakPay Digital Pvt. Ltd. As a Strategic Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts and building relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales efforts to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.

Salary Range: ₹2,000,000 - ₹3,500,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
