About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Growth Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and developing innovative strategic thinking to meet business objectives.

Estimated Salary: ₹11000 - ₹17000 per month (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and Medium-sized companies
  • Lead client presentations and engage with prospects to understand their unique pain points
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process from prospecting to contract execution
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of scaling an enterprise business
  • More than 6+ years of sales experience in the B2B space with a strong understanding of SaaS
  • Value selling mindset and experience building relationships in large enterprises
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to develop innovative strategic thinking
