Role Overview

This Strategic Growth Leader role is focused on driving profitable revenue growth for the Consumer Insights Practice Area in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing business strategies that align with our goals and objectives, while fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive long-term profitable growth in India.
  • Lead client engagement planning and activation at a local level, working closely with Vertical Leaders and Business Partners.
  • Set and achieve Quarterly and Annual Sales quotas, providing detailed sales forecasting on a monthly basis.
  • Serve as a senior leader on Local RFP engagements, representing the Practice Area and its tools.
  • Craft India client engagement plans, including target client activation at a local level.
  • Partner with Regional and Global Consumer Insights teams to give input for product development and prioritizations based on Vertical and client feedback.
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams to maintain positive client relationships and resolve complex issues.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in CPG / new vertical Sales and Consumer research.
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and managing people, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Experience in driving organizational transformation and maintaining dependencies across areas.
  • Able to adapt to changing market trends and client needs, with a strategic thinking approach.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
