About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Consumer Brands Account Director to join our team at The Weber Shandwick Collective. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage multiple client programs for consumer brands in various sectors, including hospitality, alcohol beverage, international tourism, and consumer technology.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating cross-functional team integration, managing client expectations, and being seen as a strategic leader by clients. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and train junior team members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least 8 years' work experience in a PR agency, preferably with a strong understanding of consumer or corporate brands.
  • Excellent project management capabilities and business acumen.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to formulate insights.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
