About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Maharashtra, India. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial automation and digitalization solutions.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regional sales team members and collaborate with HQ teams to ensure consistent value proposition messaging and sales processes.
- Prepare regular sales reports and accurate forecasts, monitoring and analyzing sales performance to improve results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales with a proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation and digitalization technologies and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive personality and resourceful in understanding market conditions, customer behavior, competition positions, and plan/adjust accordingly.
- Customer Focus mindset with high-level sincerity and curiosity to understand customer business pain points.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum (based on experience).
