Regional Sales and Business Growth Manager

Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to drive sales of raw materials used in the Inks or Paints sector across regional markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, expanding the customer base, and developing strong relationships with Purchase and Technical departments of Inks/Paints manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales of raw materials (Emulsions, Resins, Additives, Pigments) across regional markets.
- Identify and target potential clients, expand the customer base, and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- B.Sc / M.Sc. / MBA in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- 7-9 years of experience in Sales, specifically dealing with raw materials like Emulsions, Resins, Additives, or Pigments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external clients.
- A competitive salary range of ₹80 lac - ₹1 Cr per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
