About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional looking to take their career to the next level. As a Sales and Business Growth Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PARTNERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PREFERENCES.
  • Navigate complex sales environments and close deals effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Sales and Business Growth Manager will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Closing deals through rigorous cold calling and meeting potential corporate clients.
  • Understanding clients' requirements and tailoring pitches accordingly to close sales.
  • Gathering travel requirements like density of travel, micro-markets where employees travel, average accommodation budget, etc., and pitching Company's Business Residences.
  • Sourcing the right kind of properties for clients and preparing proposals that are well-documented and presented.
  • Tweaking and making changes within each proposal as per the requirement of the client.
  • Working with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met while getting the Business Residences ready.
  • Generating leads for your region via various sources and channels.
  • Responsible for end-to-end sales process: onboarding clients->closing revenue deals->retention and repeat business for your region.
  • Maintaining monthly sales tracker of accounts & ensuring collection of accounts receivable/outstanding amounts from clients/accounts.
  • Conducting periodic market research for finding different avenues for demand, collecting competitors data and effective data mining for generating prospects.
  • Tracking data with regular reporting.

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making and close sales effectively.

  • The ability to adapt to changing business environments and solve problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and partner with key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Open to travelling based on business requirements.
