Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their goals and expectations.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Salary Range: ₹8-12 lakhs per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
