We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Sales Growth Manager to drive the sales of our marketing services.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their goals and expectations.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Salary Range: ₹8-12 lakhs per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
