Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding Cosy's presence across target locations, building strong relationships with high-end societies, gyms, and corporate offices. About the Role

  • Sales Execution:
    • Identify and target high-potential customers in residential societies, gyms, and corporate offices.
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and relationship building.
    • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Community Engagement:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with residential societies, gym operators, and corporate partners.
  • Represent Cosy professionally, delivering a customer-first experience that builds trust and loyalty.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Gather customer feedback and insights to refine sales strategies and enhance product offerings.
  • Monitor trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Ownership & Results:

  • Take full ownership of driving sales and expanding Cosy's presence across target locations.
  • Provide actionable feedback to leadership to improve processes and optimize growth strategies.

What You'll Need:

  • Sales-Driven Professional:
    • You bring 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agri-business or fresh produce industry, with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Self-Starter & Go-Getter:
    • You thrive in fast-paced environments, taking initiative to achieve results with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-Centric:
    • You excel at building trust with customers, delivering a personalized experience that drives loyalty.
  • Passionate About Food & Sustainability:
    • You are aligned with Cosy's mission to create a more sustainable and healthier urban food system.
  • Results-Oriented:
    • You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and driven to exceed targets while laying the foundation for scalable growth.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
