  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve business outcomes.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.

A Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field is required. Estimated salary: ₹1500000 - ₹2000000 per annum.
