Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader to join our team as a Senior Regional Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of sales professionals and drive business growth in the region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales personnel, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. They will also be required to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • A proven track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Preferred Qualifications

  • IRDA and AMFI certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
