Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to oversee our regional sales operations and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving business objectives, managing high-performing sales teams, and developing strategic sales plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Regional Revenue Targets: Own regional revenue targets and business objectives, devising effective strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Territory Evaluation and Analysis: Assess and analyze territory performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting and Insights: Regularly compile and present comprehensive reports on regional sales results, highlighting key performance metrics and insights for stakeholders.
  • Inventory Management and Optimization: Collaborate with relevant departments to manage inventory levels effectively, ensuring product availability to meet customer demand.
  • Pipeline Development and Forecasting: Cultivate and nurture a strong sales pipeline while ensuring accurate sales forecasting and meticulous account planning.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of motivation and excellence.
  • Budget Preparation and Review: Collaborate with the leadership team to prepare and review the annual budget for the assigned region, aligning financial goals with sales objectives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a senior sales or leadership role with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to effectively convey ideas, negotiate, and influence stakeholders.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques with a strong ability to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Problem-solving mindset to manage complex sales operations efficiently.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
