Regional Sales and Operations Manager

- Drive sales team performance through coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- MBA or related graduate degree.
- 12+ years of experience in sales and distribution roles within the automotive industry or related fields.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
