About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Regional Supply Chain Operations Manager to partner with Area Sales Managers and Regional WnD Manager to ensure seamless E2E Supply Chain processes in designated regions. This role will be responsible for stock availability, warehousing spends, and regional 3PL vendor oversight in SC areas.
This position will also inspire 3PL vendors to deliver superior warehousing and freight operations, functionally support SC and Sales teams, and manage all Outbound deliveries for finished stock shipments.
The ideal candidate will have an MBA from T-2 or T-3 college, data interpretation and analytical skills, and post-graduate degree or equivalent in Management in Supply Chain. They should have 4-5 years' experience as a Supply Chain executive or Analyst, preferably in Consumer Health care industry/C PG industry.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
