Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Regional Business Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Regional Heads in acquiring new I-direct accounts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Regional Heads who will be accountable for achieving monthly I-direct account acquisition targets through their team of Sales Managers.
  • Performance Management: Guide, motivate, and review the performance of regional heads and sales managers to ensure they are meeting their objectives.
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Collaborate with center managers of I-direct centers, branch managers, and regional head of ICICI Bank to identify local promotion activities and potential cross-selling opportunities for ICICIdirect accounts.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Managers, Admin managers of various corporates to facilitate necessary work and drive business growth.
  • Competitive Tracking: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of [8-10 years] experience in a similar role or in sales and marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
