About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to lead our key accounts sales and marketing efforts in the zonal region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with decision-makers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and ensure effective execution.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
