Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at KEC International Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the region.

About the Role

  • You will be accountable for developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and build strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with business objectives and ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the market.
  • Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the industrial electrical products sector.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, competition, and customer needs.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
