We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Associate Director Recruitment who has been in the recruitment industry for more than 10 years. The successful candidate will work closely with regional Heads and the business support team in Singapore, Malaysia, India, and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop new client leads across the Asia Pacific region by offering value-added services such as meeting clients in different parts of the region.">
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, networking, and attending industry events.">
  • Prepare and present proposals and solutions tailored to meet client requirements.">
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of engagement with clients.">
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and propose additional services or solutions.">
  • Participate in AI (Artificial Intelligence) projects that can seek to improve business processes.">

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business/management.">
  • At least 10 years of working experience in recruitment in agency.">
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.">
  • Passion in AI (Artificial Intelligence) developments.">
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and objectives.">
  • Confident, logical, solution-driven, and results-oriented.">
  • Experienced working with regional or global team set-ups would be a strong advantage.">
