We are seeking an experienced Business Development/Inside Sales Executive for the APAC Region, with 1-5 years of business development experience. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business leads and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to accelerate business opportunities in the assigned territory
  • Reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, or social media to connect and build relationships
  • Conduct secondary research into company financials, line of business, technology requirements, etc., to personalize prospecting efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest procurement industry trends and best practices
  • Competitor analysis and positioning against them
  • Deliver first-level Corporate Overview Presentations
  • Pre-qualify business opportunities (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline)
  • Strategize cross-functional campaigns with BD and Marketing teams
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 1-5 years of experience in business development/inside sales in a software company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Public Speaking background is preferable)
  • Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in professional business conversational etiquette
  • Account Mapping and Social Selling ability
  • Networking and Team Management
