Regional Business Director

Unlock your sales potential in a dynamic role at Schaeffler, where you'll lead the charge in driving growth and profitability across the Western Region. With a strong background in sales and marketing, you'll be responsible for achieving budgeted regional sales targets, direct and distribution business growth, and ensuring key account management success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales growth and meet or exceed targets for the Western Region, while increasing market share with key accounts.
- Add new market and customer accounts through aggressive penetration and support from the business development team.
- Develop customer-specific strategies to drive sales growth and ensure successful implementation in the market place.
- Collaborate with sector teams to gather market intelligence and identify opportunities, and work closely with sales channels to develop new customer accounts.
- Mentor and lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in sales and marketing with a large company.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a high level of technical knowledge and product expertise.
- Experience in leading and developing strategies for a business unit.
