Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales growth and meet or exceed targets for the Western Region, while increasing market share with key accounts.
  • Add new market and customer accounts through aggressive penetration and support from the business development team.
  • Develop customer-specific strategies to drive sales growth and ensure successful implementation in the market place.
  • Collaborate with sector teams to gather market intelligence and identify opportunities, and work closely with sales channels to develop new customer accounts.
  • Mentor and lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in sales and marketing with a large company.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a high level of technical knowledge and product expertise.
  • Experience in leading and developing strategies for a business unit.
