Sales Leader to Drive Growth and Customer Satisfaction

Remesleep, a pioneering sleep care startup, is revolutionizing how people approach their sleep health. By combining innovative technology and science-backed solutions with a panel of experienced sleep specialists & therapists, we aim to enhance the lives of our customers.
We are seeking a Sales leader to drive sales and support operations, driving our mission to scale effectively and serve our customers better. As we enter a critical growth phase, this role offers a unique opportunity to join as a key founder-level partner with significant equity compensation.
The company is already revenue generating, and is looking to scale operations across channels and expanding across cities in India. The compensation will be in line with our growth trajectory, designed for those passionate about building a business from the ground up.
This role involves on-field sales leadership, operational support, market and customer insights, and business strategy execution. Key responsibilities include onboarding doctors to the Remesleep referral network, engaging them to refer patients for sleep tests, and developing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
We require a seasoned sales professional with 3-5 years recent experience in Field sales, preferably in a startup, healthcare, wellness, or consumer technology environment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in leading sales and operations, deep understanding of B2B sales, especially to SMEs (hospitals), and strong customer orientation.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₹80,000 - ₹120,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
