Job Role: Assistant Vice President - Sales

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic sales leader to drive our sales team to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and mentoring sales teams, setting ambitious targets, and driving their successful achievement. With a strong background in selling B2B SaaS solutions or HR Tech solutions, this role is vital in driving revenue growth, building and maintaining key client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and drive overall business growth.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Analyze sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
