Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Sales Professional to join our team at Searce Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the cloud space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market conditions and trends to identify opportunities in assigned accounts/territories through research, networking, cold calling, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Develop a sales pipeline and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and create customized proposals that wow clients.
  • Collaborate with the Google Cloud sales and solutions team to develop custom investment proposals for interested prospects.
  • Work closely with the solutions deployment team to implement solutions in distributed geographies, ensuring seamless support and execution.
  • Manage customer relationships to secure repeat business and lifetime references.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and reinforce Searce's reputation as a trustworthy, capable, and reliable technology partner.
  • Timely invoice processing, forex calculations, audit, and collections to ensure prompt payment realization.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree (preferably with an MBA from a Tier 1/2 institution) with a focus on sales or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales for technology services/digital transformation, with a strong background in public cloud, AI, and data analytics.
  • Proven track record of sales success in India across technologies like cloud, AI, and data engineering.
  • Strong exposure/experience working with digital natives, startups, and enterprise accounts in tech/solution sales capacity in India.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills, with the ability to interact with CTOs, CEOs, VPs, and IT Directors.
Salary: ₹12-18 Lakhs per annum (dependent on experience)
