Sales Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through channel partners. As a key member of our sales team, you will lead a dynamic team of sales professionals, develop strategic plans, and execute initiatives to exceed revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales targets within the designated region.
  • Design and implement a business plan to expand Dealer and Distributor networks.
  • Prioritize key channel partners based on their market reach, lead generation, and revenue growth potential.
  • Motivate and empower a sales team to excel through strong leadership and communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹13-15 LPA, depending on location and experience.
