Sales Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through channel partners. As a key member of our sales team, you will lead a dynamic team of sales professionals, develop strategic plans, and execute initiatives to exceed revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales targets within the designated region.
- Design and implement a business plan to expand Dealer and Distributor networks.
- Prioritize key channel partners based on their market reach, lead generation, and revenue growth potential.
- Motivate and empower a sales team to excel through strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹13-15 LPA, depending on location and experience.
