We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Talent Fanatics Consultancy. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in sales and distribution management, looking to drive profitable growth within the vision care industry.

As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales targets within a specific region. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities for growth, developing strategies to increase market share, and implementing plans to achieve business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales growth plans to meet or exceed assigned targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue
  • Activating new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the market
  • Conducting regular distributor reviews to ensure alignment with company goals

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the optical industry and sales principles. You should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B and distribution management, preferably in the push-driven market. A graduation degree or above is required, and you should be flexible to travel as needed.
