Nuclear Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Ontrack HR Services Pvt LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the overall performance of the Global Nuclear AFM business and collaborate with stakeholders across regions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Regional Nuclear AFM sales teams to ensure bookings are achieved as committed in OxF.
  • Share success stories and best practices to replicate success and improve the Nuclear plant coverage and its effectiveness.
  • Identify dormant plants/Nuclear plants with lower bookings vs install base and work with the Regional Sales team for spare parts list submission.

Critical Competencies for Success:

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A) or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E).
  • Working experience in sales/business analyst in Manufacturing/Power/O&G/Nuclear industry. Experience as a Business Analyst in Power. OBG. Nuclear industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge in usage of PowerBi and dashboard creation.
  • Data analytics and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to uncover insights from data.
  • Ability to identify key business questions and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Requirements:
