Job Summary:
The Sales Growth Strategist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving monthly, weekly, and daily sales goals.
About the Role:
- You will generate sales targets and create sales plans to achieve business growth.
- You will conduct prospect research, make phone calls, send emails, and visit potential and current clients to build strong relationships.
- You will handle client complaints, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- You will compose and deliver quotations and proposals to secure new business deals.
- You will utilize software to manage the sales process and maintain accurate records.
- You will attend regular sales team meetings to discuss strategies and progress.
- You will participate in workshops to enhance your technical and professional skills.
- You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify areas for improvement or new opportunities.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent with excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs to manage the sales process efficiently.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve client issues and close deals.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and location.
