Role Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Growth Strategist at DevAssure in Chennai, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Growth Strategist will work closely with founders and be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development activities on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement personalized outreach tactics such as cold emails, calls, and social media interactions to engage decision-makers and spark interest.
  • Clearly articulate DevAssure's value proposition, addressing specific customer pain points through well-informed and tailored communication.

Pipeline Development

  • Research and identify potential clients in APAC/North American markets, qualifying leads through targeted campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects using tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, and other market intelligence platforms.

Collaboration with Sales

  • Coordinate and participate in discovery calls to ensure the sales team is equipped with highly qualified leads.
  • Partner with Account Executives by providing valuable prospect insights to craft customized sales approaches.

Market Insights

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and key developments within the region to stay ahead of the market.
  • Relay customer feedback and pain points to internal teams, contributing to the refinement of our go-to-market strategies.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 4–8 years of experience in Sales Development or a similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated success in building sales pipelines and generating qualified leads in fast-paced, high-growth markets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Freshsales, Salesforce, or HubSpot, as well as sales engagement platforms.
  • Knowledge of the Developer and QA tools is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹12-18 lakhs (approximately $15,000-$22,500 USD), depending on qualifications and experience.
