**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Asia Crystal Commodity Llp.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory, ensuring brand awareness meets company expectations, and continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers to purchase our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth within an assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of sales efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
