Straive is seeking a talented Business Growth Strategist to spearhead our expansion efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sustainable financial growth.

About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual who can create and apply an effective sales strategy to boost our sales and forge strong relationships with clients. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through identifying new markets and customer needs, arranging business meetings with prospective clients, and promoting our products/services addressing or predicting client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

Requirements and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to build rapport.
  • Strong time management and planning skills.

What We Offer:
