Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team in driving business growth across the region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

About You

You have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the local market and its dynamics. You are a strategic thinker, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify areas of growth and develop effective solutions to drive business results. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage synergies and drive business growth
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
