About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Strategist to lead our growth partnerships at Oracle. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will see you drive revenue growth through strategic planning, team management, and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue growth across small-and medium-sized accounts
  • Manage a high-performing team of sales representatives/managers, providing coaching, performance management, and career development opportunities
  • Collaborate with license, consulting, education, and support field managers to develop joint account plans and execute strategic initiatives
  • Conduct sales forecasts, territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development, and trend analysis to inform business decisions
  • Participate in complex sales situations to negotiate and resolve disputes, ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

What We Offer


In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
