Senior Sales Account Strategist

At HireBloc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Account Strategist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships. As a Senior Sales Account Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow existing client accounts.
- Manage and nurture client relationships through regular communication and relationship building.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and client accounts.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a team.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to travel for client meetings, sales conferences, and industry events as needed.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
