Job Title: Strategic Government Sales Director
This role is focused on achieving growth and hitting sales targets in the Central Govt & PSU Vertical for SHI | Locuz - An SHI Company.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales growth and hit targets in the assigned Geo / Vertical.
- Prospect and identify qualified opportunities.
- Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the assigned area.
- Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events.
- Be responsible for forecasting and reporting business opportunities as well as building and maintaining a business pipeline.
- Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports, and supporting literature.
- Meet sales targets and consistently deliver against forecast and goals.
- Ensure face time with customers for selling and conduct sales presentations.
- Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.
- Navigate relationships with existing customers to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of successful sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in Government Sales.
- Exposure to IT Infra/System Integration Solutions is highly desirable.
- A consistent track record of closed sales, customer satisfaction, teamwork, business forecasting, and pipeline development.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
We offer a competitive salary package. Our estimated annual salary range is ₹20 lakhs to ₹30 lakhs based on performance and location in Mumbai and Delhi. We provide a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and success.
