Job Title: Strategic Enterprise Account Manager - Government Segment

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Enterprise Account Manager to lead our government sales efforts and drive growth in the Central Govt & PSU Vertical.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, prospecting for new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.

About the Role:
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets set for the Central Govt & PSU Vertical
  • Prospect and identify qualified opportunities
  • Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans that expand our customer base and ensure our strong presence in the assigned Geo / Vertical
  • Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events
  • Be responsible for forecasting and reporting business opportunities as well as building and maintaining business pipeline, pipeline creation through multiple activities such as targeted workshops, events, seminars, etc.
  • Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports, and supporting literature
  • Meet sales targets - a quota-carrying role to consistently deliver against forecast and goals
  • Ensure face time with customers for selling and conduct sales presentations
  • Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities
  • Network with existing customers to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of successful sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in Government Sales
  • Exposure to IT Infra/System Integration Solutions is a plus
  • Consistent track record of closed sales, customer satisfaction, teamwork, business forecasting, pipeline development
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of ₹20-30 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Please note that the salary range is based on industry standards and location. The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
