Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving annual sales results and business growth through effective customer relationship management, new business development, and distributor management.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve annual sales targets and business growth through strategic planning and execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
- Manage distributors to ensure high-quality product and service delivery to end-customers
- Serve as the central resource for communications with customers on new product developments and negotiate commercial terms
- Provide reliable sales forecasts to ensure proper product availability planning
- Collect customer and market competition information to support market strategy development
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- University degree or postgraduate major in Chemistry or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of sales/marketing experience in Agro Chemicals industry with a focus on Crop Protection and Surfactants applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in customer interaction
- Ability to work under high pressure and willingness to travel frequently
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
