Strategic Government Solutions Consultant

At SHI | Locuz, we're seeking a seasoned Strategic Government Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving growth and hitting sales targets for the Central Govt & PSU Vertical.
A successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets in government sales. Exposure to IT Infra/System Integration Solutions is a plus. You'll be expected to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively, demonstrating strong business sense and industry expertise.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing customers. Your ability to network and maintain links with customers will be essential in promoting additional products and upgrades.
We're looking for a strategic thinker who can design and implement sales plans that expand our customer base and ensure our strong presence in the assigned Geo / Vertical. Your responsibilities will include prospecting and identifying qualified opportunities, understanding customer needs, and applying product knowledge to meet them.
You'll also be responsible for forecasting and reporting business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining a business pipeline through targeted workshops, events, seminars, and other activities.
In terms of qualifications, we're looking for someone with 4+ years of successful sales experience, a consistent track record of closed sales, customer satisfaction, teamwork, business forecasting, pipeline development, and a demonstrated ability to communicate and present credibly and effectively.
