Strategic Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Santa Fe Relocation. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your skills in sales and business development to drive growth and success for our company.
As a Strategic Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate agreements to secure new clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the relocation industry. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS TO SECURE NEW CLIENTS
- Negotiating agreements to secure new business
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS IN SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF THE RELOCATION INDUSTRY
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- THE ABILITY TO WORK EFFECTIVELY WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS
