Sales Expert for Mid Market Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Expert to drive growth in our Mid Market segment at Razorpay POS. This individual contributor role requires someone with a proven track record of success in sales, strong relationships with mid-size corporate clients, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Experience in acquiring mid-market enterprises and managing channel partner performance based on agreed business plans.
- Hunt and own mid-market merchants for Razorpay POS business, relentlessly chasing and exceeding sales targets.
- Manage the development of channel forecast cadence and periodic review processes, establishing productive relationships with key personnel in mid-size enterprises.
- 6+ years of merchant acquiring experience preferably in Fintech or Banking Industry.
- Experience in pitching to CXOs of mid-size enterprises, geographical knowledge with market working knowledge, and ability to work under high pressure.
- Sound knowledge of sales and sales administration processes, fluency in local languages, and relationship skills.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, revenues, and targets, with a go-getter attitude. Estimated salary: ₹ 8-12 lakhs per annum (depending on location and experience).
