Global Sales Enablement Lead

The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for equipping sales teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to engage prospects, close deals, and accelerate revenue growth. This includes developing and executing training programs, managing sales tools and technologies, and designing sales playbooks.
Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain sales content and tools.
- Manage sales tools and technologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and maintain sales playbooks to guide sales teams on engagement, objection handling, and closing deals.
- Analyze data to optimize training programs, sales resources, and performance.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and methodologies.
- Proficiency with sales tools and technologies.
$90,000 - $140,000 per year.
