Director of Sales Enablement

We are looking for a seasoned Director of Sales Enablement to join our team at Taggd. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing demand generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to generate high-quality leads.
- Sales Support: Partner with sales teams to provide strategic support and enablement to close deals.
- Content Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of sales collateral, including content and outreach materials.
- Lead Optimization: Analyze lead flow and make data-driven decisions to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or sales development, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR tech.
- Proven experience in prospecting, reaching out, and engaging with senior stakeholders at CXO-level positions.
- Sales Process Expertise: Strong understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
- Digital Channel Proficiency: Experience with digital channels (email, paid media) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-Driven Analyst: Results-driven with strong analytical skills.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
