Responsibilities

  • Map the company's sales process with customer buying processes to understand and enhance skills, knowledge, processes, and tools required by our reps to increase velocity and conversion rates.
  • Develop and manage the Sales Enablement roadmap for the next 12-18 months.
  • Establish metrics and objectives for sales enablement and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity.
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure information is easily accessible at point of need.
  • Create and update playbooks based on seller feedback and shifting market demands.
  • Help create a development program for frontline managers to ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, processes, and tools to lead their sales teams effectively.
  • Rollo out a comprehensive onboarding program.
  • Partner with sales leadership to establish a sales competency and assessment framework.
  • Participate in selecting and implementing technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support product launches by preparing and enabling sales reps to understand and communicate the value of our solution.
  • Drive the adoption of sales methodologies.
  • Be an active participant in delivering the Sales Kick-off.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years of overall experience with 2-3 years of experience in a sales enablement role.
  • Prior experience in a Sales or Product Marketing role would be beneficial.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills are essential for clear communication within the organization.
  • Able to multitask and manage various projects spanning multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills are necessary to keep the audience engaged.
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
