Job Title: Mobility Territory Sales Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Territory Sales Strategist to join our team at DriveX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction through effective dealership enablement, coaching, and market intelligence gathering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enable and coach dealerships for self-sufficiency, ensuring adherence to company norms and guidelines.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to increase network representation within assigned territories.
  • Gather and use market intelligence effectively, providing early communication and feedback to headquarters.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve retail targets in assigned authorized franchises.
  • Review and take corrective action to ensure achievement of retail plans.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a performance-based bonus scheme.
