Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at DriveX. Your primary responsibility will be to enable and coach dealerships for self-sufficiency, ensuring adherence to company norms, guidelines, and processes. Additionally, you will focus on increasing network representation within your assigned territory, gathering and utilizing market intelligence effectively, and maintaining steady-state channels of procurement and retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and achieve retail targets in assigned authorized franchises
- Co-create plans with dealers and sales managers to achieve retail targets (digital and brick-and-mortar)
- Review and take corrective action to achieve retail plans
- Build conviction and ownership among sales managers to achieve planned targets
- Ensure 100% VAS adherence at AFs (warranty, RSA, documentation, RF, insurance)
- Participate in BTL activities to understand, motivate dealer teams, and analyze effectiveness
- Visit AFs as per guidelines, checking standards and processes (enquiry management, CLF adherence, customer feedback score, F&C, delivery process)
- Conduct BSC audits and suggest corrective actions to improve
- Visit competition, brokers, and markets to understand their actions
- Provide feedback on Authorized Franchisees and market area teams/HO
