About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Territory Business Development Manager to join our team at Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Develop and implement effective sales campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve goals.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per annum
